‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey’ Soundtrack (Album Stream)
Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings movies have really become part of the small group of classic films with immediately recognizable soundtracks. While not everyone may agree with Jackson’s decision to split The Hobbit up into three separate movies, there’s no denying the timeless quality of the Lord of the Rings soundtracks. There’s literally nothing like gearing up for something epic by getting turnt to some Howard Shore compositions. Rolling Stone comes through with a stream of the new film’s soundtrack. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey hits theaters December 14. (I just realized that Bilbo is played by the same dude that played Watson in BBC’s Sherlock.)
