As has become customary for big artists as their albums get closer to a release, T.I. releases his next single “Hello” featuring Cee-Lo and produced by The Neptunes. These last minute singles never usually make radio rotation, and only in some cases are videos filmed, but they get released on iTunes so people realize the album is on its way.
