‘Django Unchained’ Soundtrack with Quentin Tarantino Commentary (Full Stream)
Django Unchained, Quentin Tarantino’s latest film, finally hits theaters today, as does the movie’s soundtrack. Tarantino is very specific about the music he chooses for his films, so it’s extra special that the full stream of the soundtrack contains commentary from the legendary director. At the 26:07 mark, he explains how Rick Ross’ “100 Black Coffins” came to be after Jamie Foxx flew Ross out to the movie’s set. You can purchase the soundtrack, which also features John Legend, 2Pac and James Brown, but unfortunately not Frank Ocean – though you can listen to the song he wrote for the film here — on iTunes.
