First of all, props to her for venturing out on her balcony during the storm and demonstrating the effect of the incredible winds and rain. Second, props to her for wearing just a tank top and thin hoodie. You can’t hear anything she says over the loud winds, but I will endorse Coco’s abilities as a weather woman.
