50 Cent feat. Too Short – First Date (CDQ)
Now this is an unbelievably pleasant surprise. For 50 Cent’s second single off his upcoming Street King Immortal album, he recruits legend Too Short for “First Date”. There is literally nothing you can complain about. I wonder whose idea it was to put Too Short on the song. Either way this song came out great. It’s as boom-bap as you want it to be. The hook is fantastic (and he’s really singing his ass off). And most importantly, it’s not some lame cop out single like “New Day“. I’m very much looking forward to the album now.
