Black Milk Breaks Down the Sample to Slum Village’s “Fantastic Interlude” (Video)
Bling47 meets up with Detroit producer Black Milk to talk about a record he purchased (Switched On Rock “Moog Machine”) and how it ended up being a sample Dilla had used on Slum Village’s “Fantastic Interlude”. Black Milk obviously had a history with Dilla and is/was a huge Slum Village fan. Stuff like this is always fun to watch. They need to bring back Scratch magazine.
