Beyonce Supports World Humanitarian Day on CNN (Video)
Over the weekend, Beyonce got a chance to perform her song “I Was Here” from her album 4 at United Nations General Assembly in NYC, in order to spread awareness of World Humanitarian Day, which takes place on August 19. The song, whose video was shot during the performance, will serve as the promotional song for the day. That day she also sat down with Anderson Cooper of CNN to discuss the song and its purpose as well as her intentions for World Humanitarian Day and humanitarian efforts in general.
