The short snippet from the video clip reveals a powerful, anthemic song that only someone like Alicia Keys could call her own. The VMAs air live Thursday, September 6th from Staples Center in Los Angeles. She perform “Girl On Fire” at the show with the song hitting iTunes two days prior on the 4th, the same way she rolled out her single “No One” five years ago.
