John Legend Talks Frank Ocean and Meeting Kanye West on The Champs Podcast

On last week’s episode The Champs podcast with Neal Brennan (co-creator of The Chappelle’s Show), Moshe Kasher and DJ Douggpound, the crew sat down with Grammy award winner John Legend. They talked about John’s start as a singer, meeting Kanye West and establishing their relationship, getting his record deal. They also discuss how John and Will.i.am created “Ordinary People” originally as just a hook for a Black Eyed Peas song (I know…), having Frank Ocean and Stevie Wonder over for his 4th of July BBQ and Frank’s at-the-time recent coming out letter.
