President Barack Obama was the extra, extra special guest for tonight’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. And for Jimmy’s “Slow Jam the News segment”, President Obama, himself, decided to join in to discuss his plan to cut interest rates on Stafford student loans. Backed by The Roots, Barack explains his plan and how he will work to congress to make college less expensive for students (Preach Barack!). Jimmy kicks in some ad-libs. The Potus even dropped the mic Chris Rock-style.
