DJ Clue’s Hoelarious Response To Funkmaster Flex’s Rant

Two days after Funkmaster Flex took the airwaves pounding his chest and bragging about (allegedly) jumping into DJ Clue’s email to hijack a Nicki Minaj exclusive, DJ Clue has returned to the airwaves to address the issue. I’m not sure which part is funnier, that you could absolutely remove Flex’s name and replace it with a few well-known bloggers and it’d be 1000% on point or that this entire shit is even happening in the first place.

I have nothing against Flex, so it’s not even that my next comments are directed at him personally, but this type of narcissism is becoming an epidemic in hip hop. On the really real – if you are so insecure in your spot – no matter where that spot is – that you’re calling up labels, pounding your chest, threatening people, calling up clubs trying to take someone elses gigs, and otherwise acting like a narcissistic douche-bag I’m always going to laugh when someone calls you on the mat and punches your ticket. Then I’m going to laugh that some people take this shit that seriously. There’s plenty of money for everyone. It’s one thing to compete, but that just borders on an insane level of insecurity that makes people wonder just what you’re overcompensating for. Re-fucking-lax.

Bottom line: If you have to tell people you’re the shit and that you run shit – it’s a pretty good bet you’re not…. and you don’t.
