ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to a one-year deal with WR Randy Moss. Niners coach Jim Harbaugh had expressed interest in Moss, not even two days ago. The promise was for them to meet and practice together with Harbaugh doing all the throwing. If this works out, then it might be over for the NFC! Crabtree really hasn’t worked out properly, and they may not be able to keep Josh Morgan. The rest of their receiving corps is young and need a veteran around. I’m just not sure if Randy Moss will provide that leadership. I was hoping they’d go for Vincent Jackson, but ah well. At least this makes it more entertaining.

Moss sat out last season after having played for the Patriots, Vikings and Titans in 2010.
