Centric To Premiere Documentary “Be Inspired: The Life Of Heavy D”

This still upsets me. In case you forgot, Heavy D died last November outside his house in Beverly Hills at the age of 44. His death was caused by a blood clot in his lung. He was best known for being the front man in his group, Heavy D & The Boyz, in the late 80′s & early 90′s.

The life of Heavy D will be chronicled in a one hour long documentary airing tonight at 11 PM on Centric. Mary J. Blige, Queen Latifah, Will Smith, Nia Long, Anthony Hamilton, Cee-Lo Green, Russell Simmons, MC Lyte, Big Lez & others will all reflect on his life.
