Hot 97′s Peter Rosenberg sends out a message to all rappers that promote drinking & driving in their music. Rosenberg lost his brother-in-law last May due to it. He states that even though the driver responsible did get jail time, he wants the kids coming up to be responsible  if & when they drink. He also reaches out in a respectful manner to a couple of rappers that promote drinking & driving in their songs because they have an influence within their young listeners..

I actually heard Peter Rosenberg say this about two weeks ago as I was going to the city some random morning. I don’t drink (yeah I said it) but I know how crazy people are when they get behind the wheel, even when they haven’t been drinking. It’s a powerful PSA & I respect it, I just hope that people can take the words in carefully because people do whatever they feel a majority of the time without actually things out. That whole situation sucks & I’m sorry he had to go through it. R.I.P.
