This blog shit is funny as hell. Empire hit me & Lowkey off with this cd in its entirety Thursday night. We held back on it because we know how boring the weekends can be. Shit, all of US had something to post but we all fell back & now it is proven..... Without us, very few sites are able to post anything either. It says alot of where peoples music comes from when they post. This is part one of the nonsense that I'm watching & that I care to share with the viewers that I have. Alot of people are frauds & can't post anything real without stealing from others. Oh & I'm not Ego-Trippin either so knock it off prick. I'm just watching & learning still. I started this little site a couple months back & if you feel I'm cocky as hell, then so be it. Look who I'm running with. In the blog world & out. Songs usually get requested once the video comes out & gets put into rotation. The cd cover for their single just surfaced a few days ago & I never got to post it so here it is.

JAY Z & MARY TOUR REMIXED
My second time to see them on this tour & I was far from disappointed. Everyone asked why was I going if I went already. Well, those are my two favorite artists from both Hip Hop & R&B. The new guests last night were Method Man, Beyonce, Diddy & Swizz Beatz. When I went back in March only guest was Memphis Bleek. Whoop-ti-do! He's expected at every Jay Z concert. Anyway, underneath if you're interested in a full Play-By-Play, you can scroll underneath the picture for my outing last night. It's very similar to the last show but a few surprises & a few songs weren't played but a much better show. Its the friggin Garden!
Me & DJ Keyz arrive at Madison Square Garden on time as usual to see The Dream & his dancers coming out to start their set. He performed Shawty Is A Ten, I Luv Your Girl & Falsetto. At the end of his performance he talks to the crowd & says "some of you may not know me but may be familiar with some of the songs I wrote. I wrote Umbrella for Rihanna, Bed for J. Holiday, Touch My Body for Mariah, I even wrote Jay Z's Blueprint album" & everyone starts to laugh.
Ten minute intermission. On the way back from getting my pretzel & my soda, I realize that Maino & Sam Crespo (Atlantic Records) are two rows in front of me & Anton Marchand (Foxy Brown's older brother) is behind me so at least I'm cool with them & I know that I'm not surrounded by any wild hoodlums (lol) that like to do unecessary ish when the lights go out that'll make me tap my pockets every five minutes lol.
All three screens come on with Mary & Jay Z talking about each other. The screens went off & the crowd started screaming as we looked at the top of the stage to see Jay & Mary's silhouette with their backs against each other. They came down the stage & they performed Can't Knock The Hustle. After the song was done, Jay Z ran off stage to let Mary do her thing. Mary kicked it off with Reminisce & went right into All Night Long & I'm The Only Woman. She then went into Real Love & halfway through it, the beat changes into the remix & out comes Jay Z running from the back to do Biggie's verse, "Look up in the sky it's a bird it's a plane.............". As soon as he says "My time is up, peace out to Brooklyn", he takes off his hat & throws it into the crowd & causes mayhem. After he leaves the stage, Mary continues to perform, You Bring Me Joy, Be Happy, Sweet Thing, Love No Limit & Natural Woman. She does All I Need & Method Man comes running out to do his part. She then does Feel Like A Woman & Stay Down. She takes 3-4 minutes to talk to the women about how men cheat & want the women to change & blah blah blah. She goes into Fade Away. The band plays by themselves for 20 seconds & she disappears to the top of the stage & she does No More Drama & murders the whole song while stomping all over the stage & singing on her knees crying. She then continues into her songs that were made at the most depressing time of her life. The lights go off for 30 seconds & then the spotlight is on her as she's facing backwards. She turns around in black lipstick & black sunglasses and starts to sing Not Gon' Cry. Females go crazy. She goes into Your Child & as she's singing, a mini play is being done on stage with two women & a man acting out what's going on in the song (some real, real off broadway acting lol). After that the band starts to play I'm Going Down & as the crowd goes crazy, she points her microphone into the crowd & everyone sung the first two verses. She finished off the third verse herself & then says "ok let's speed things up" & she goes into Family Affair. She then does MVP (song over Game & 50's Hate It Or Love It beat). The instrumental to Kanye's Flashing Lights came on as Mary & two dancers started voguing as the lights flashed on them during the chorus. Mary then goes into her happier times & does more recent songs like Work That, Enough Cryin, Be Without You & Just Fine. She says Thank You & walks off the stage as the lights go off once again.
The screens come back on. Mary talks about Jay Z & the songs she likes from Jay & then the screen goes off as Say Hello comes on & we see Jay at the top of the stage. As he comes down the stairs, the screen shows members of the mafia walking as Jay does the first verse of the song. He plays the chorus of Hello Brooklyn as he just stands there as the screens flash different places in BK. He then goes into Roc Boys & I Know. He plays the chorus to Jim Jones "Ballin" & has the crowd say "Brooklyn". He goes into Where I'm From, Give It To Me, Show Me What You Got & has everyone waving from side to side. He moves on to do one verse of No Hook & then goes into Can I Live. He calls Memphis Bleek out & Bleek adlibs as Jay does You Don't Know & 99 Problems and then Bleek leaves the stage. Jay goes into Excuse Me Miss and says "let's get our two-step on". Looks into the front rows & says "yo big man, you're movin the wrong way, I'm serious" & continues the song. (Comedy) When that's done, Mary walks out & sings the chorus when Jay does Song Cry & then Jay Z exits. Mary then does Take Me As I Am. Mary exits & Jay Z comes back on to do Dead Presidents & then goes into Pray. The screen comes on showing Biggie (the clip when he was on Rap City sitting down in a school yard talking to Joe Clair & he says "my home boy Jigga"). He then segways into Jigga What Jigga Who, then Jigga (from Ruff Ryders compilation), H to the Izzo, Can I Get A, Dirt Off Your Shoulder, PSA, Blue Magic & stops the song & the screen freezes on George Bush's face. He spits acapella & then gets the crowd to say "FUCK BUSH". He shows a picture of Obama & asks the audience are they ready for change. The crowd screams. He walks over to the dj booth while his dj, Neil Armstrong moves over so Jay can see what he wants to play next, testing the crowd to see how hype they can get. Hov then presses the button on the playback machine & plays Feelin It. As people are yelling & getting into it, Jay says "Fuck That", & goes into the next song which is "Aint No Nigga". Plays maybe 15 seconds of that & then says, "Fuck That", & continues to tease the crowd. So then he continues doing the same thing after every 7-15 seconds of a song flying through them one after the next.... Streets Is Watching, Lucifer, Money Aint A Thing, Hard Knock Life, Best Of Me (rmx), Is That Your Chick, Fiesta, Money Cash Hoes & Bonnie & Clyde. He plays Crazy In Love, stops it & says "no disrespect to B but fuck that too". Immediately after, Beyonce walks out & stands on the opposite side of the stage. Points to Jay as he starts the song over as she struts her fine ass down the stage, stops & does her "OH OH DANCE". Jay stops the song & on cue she throws up the diamond. She walks off stage & then he talks to the crowd telling them to count down from 10-1 as he tells DJ Armstrong to drop the song when he goes back to the middle of the stage. As the crowd gets to # 1, on comes Big Pimpin. Next, Jay yells out "yo Puff come help me finish this" & out comes Diddy to do Encore. After that they both walk off the stage. Crowd gets restless for 45 seconds as nothing is going on & they chant "Hova, Hova". All of a sudden at the top of the stage, Mary & Jay Z come out & do Heart of the City. A few people get the vibe that the show was over after that song, so they start to walk out but here comes Swizz walking onto the stage & then Jay & Mary perform "You're Welcome". THE END! Much better show than when I went to Nassau Coliseum in March. Bigger stadium, actual guest features. Peace!
